Shipping Policy

  1. Access the product details page to view available colors, sizes, and prices.
  2. Select your desired color and size, then click "Add to Cart".
  3. Refer to the measurement chart for precise sizing.
  4. Proceed to checkout, providing contact information and shipping address.
  5. Choose shipping options, apply discounts, and proceed to payment.
  6. Select Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or Cash on Delivery (COD), add billing address, and click "Complete Order".
  7. Review your order and click "Place your order" to finalize.

You will receive a confirmation email with the order number for your reference.

  • The estimated delivery date starts after order fulfillment.
  • Actual delivery time varies based on location and city.
  • Standard Delivery: 2 – 5 working days.
  • Provide a clear address and be available during the estimated delivery period.
  • Possible delays during holidays, Black Friday, or special events.
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. There may be cases where orders cannot be processed.
  • Confirmation email upon order receipt.
  • Prices may change but won't affect confirmed orders. Boshies retains the right to change prices and modify or remove any special offers from time to time, as necessary.
  • Boshies strives to provide accurate and comprehensive descriptions of the products. However, we do not guarantee that such descriptions are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, and error-free. If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can return it according to the relevant provisions of our Return Policy.
  • During specific occasions (e.g., Mother’s Day, Eid, Christmas) or big moments (such as sales, campaigns, or Boshies Anniversary), your order might take longer to be delivered. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order for shipment.
  • Boshies reserves the right to decline or cancel any placed order for any reason.


Please Note: Cut-off time for same-day fulfillment: 1:00 pm. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be processed on the following working day.

To ensure a smooth shipping process, we kindly request our customers to provide a clear and detailed address and to be available during the estimated delivery time as specified in our policy.

No, it is not possible to open the package and return it to the courier on the spot. If you encounter any issues,
please follow our Return Policy.

No option to postpone; cancel and reorder when ready.
Three delivery attempts; unsuccessful leads to cancellation.

Unfortunately, we do not have the option to edit orders. However, you can cancel the existing order and place a new one with the correct items.

If defective or unavailable, the order is canceled, and you're informed.

If we are unable to reach you due to unclear address details or an incorrect mobile number, your order will be automatically canceled, and you will be notified accordingly.

Boshies reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason. You will be notified via email or phone call in case of order cancellation.

Please ensure that you have provided the correct email address and phone number to receive notifications and updates regarding your orders.

Receiving a confirmation email indicates that we have received your order request and provides you with the order number. Once your order is fulfilled, we will proceed with the shipment and notify you via email.

Multiple sequential orders will automatically put on hold.

In this case, you will be contacted from one of our customer service team to finalize and confirm the order and proceed with it.  

Return / Exchange Policy

Visit the "Make your return and exchange" section.

Fill in the date, order number, email address, items for return, reason for return, and choose between a refund or exchange.

As a Boshies customer, you can return or exchange orders within 14 days of receipt.
Follow Return Policy guidelines:

  • Items must be unused with original packaging.
  • Submit a return request before sending items back.
  • Don't open the package immediately; follow the Return Policy.
  • Exchanges are free.
  • Products can be returned for shipping-related damage or if the wrong item is received.
  • For bundle returns, return the entire bundle and place a new order for size exchange.
  • The process takes about 14 working days.
  • Create a request, receive a confirmation email.
  • Our courier will contact you for pickup (4 to 7 working days).
  • Three attempts for pickup; failure marks the request as canceled.
  • If the item meets criteria, you can submit a new return request (up to 2 requests within 14 days).
  • After receiving the returned item, a quality check is conducted.
  • Team members contacts you for exchange or refund details.
  • Three attempts to contact you for the received item; unsuccessful attempts result in a voucher.
  • Refund method change available within 7 working days.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will receive a voucher via email, that you can use on your next purchase. The voucher has no expiration date.

  • Report physically damaged or wrong items within 2 days of delivery, including regular and national holidays.
  • Email team@boshies.com with issue details and pictures.
  • Reporting after this period is not considered valid.
  • For damaged and wrong items, a full refund, including shipping, is offered through bank transfer or vouchers.

To ensure Boshies customer safety, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, ironed, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or items not in original condition.
  • Items with removed brand or price tags.
  • Underwear, swimwear, Boshies Gift Card, accessories.
  • Customized products based on specific requests.
  • Boshies guarantees a refund within 14 working days.
  • Refunds are processed after receiving returned items in the warehouse.
  • Refund issued at the original item price; during promotions, the refund is limited to the paid price.
  • Based on the regulations of the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA) and the Central Bank of Egypt, refunded amount will be reflected in the bank account within 7 to 14 days, depending on banking processing time.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders are to credit cards or gift cards exclusively.

If your item does not pass the quality check, we will attempt to return it to you.
If you are unavailable to receive it, the item will be marked as damaged, and we will dispose of it accordingly.

If paid with a credit card, the refund is made on the same credit card or as a Gift card.

Cash payment refund options:

  • Bank Transfer: Please provide your full name, bank name, branch, and International Bank Account Number (IBAN).
  • Gift Card: You can opt for a FULL refund through a gift card provided by Boshies.

Change refund method within 7 days after confirming with the concerned team, if not processed yet.

The shipping fee for returns depends on the type of refund or exchange:

  • No shipping fees deducted for exchanges.
  • For refunds, the shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • No shipping fees deducted for wrong or damaged products requesting a refund.

The amount will be refunded directly to the Premium Card, you can contact the Premium Card company regarding the processing fee.
